📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the operation and maintenance of production machinery and equipment.,Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.,Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on production lines.,Assist in troubleshooting and resolving production issues.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.,Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and tools.,Work alongside the Production Operator to achieve daily production targets.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience as an Assistant Production Operator or similar role.,Knowledge of production processes and machinery is a plus.,Familiarity with safety protocols and standards.,Ability to work in a team environment and follow instructions.,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, if required.
