Cafe Fajar Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our Samarinda branch. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, management, and a passion for coffee. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring high standards of service and customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of baristas and staff, providing training and guidance.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment.,Monitor inventory levels and order supplies to ensure smooth operations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute to the overall success of Cafe Fajar Coffee.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and equipment.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
