Port Shop Berjaya is seeking a dedicated and experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Bintaro. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Administer employee benefits and compensation packages, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.,Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Coordinate with department heads to ensure HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to support business goals.,Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.,Provide HR support to the management team, including advice on labor laws and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in a retail or similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors or similar.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience with hybrid work arrangements is a plus.
