In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in sales transactions, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth cash handling operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in sales transactions and provide accurate product information to customers,Handle cash and card payments, and ensure proper reconciliation of sales records,Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment,Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly,Assist in inventory management, including counting stock and updating records,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and services,Follow company policies and procedures, and maintain a high level of professionalism,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or cashier role (preferred but not required),Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines,Familiarity with basic computer software and point-of-sale systems is a plus,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
