Sentral Rama Shop is looking for a dynamic and experienced Lead Outlet Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our outlet in Menteng, Jakarta Raya. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our store by managing staff, optimizing sales, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer service standards.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure proper stock rotation.,Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to maintain a professional and productive work environment.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with the corporate office to implement new initiatives and strategies.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales, inventory, and financial transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the retail industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail outlet or team.,Strong knowledge of retail operations, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail management software and POS systems is a plus.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
