In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the office operations, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth running of our office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist with office administration tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.,Manage office supplies and ensure the office is well-stocked and organized.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient office operations.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages.,Prepare and distribute office documents, reports, and newsletters.,Support the HR team with recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and breaking down event spaces.,Maintain a clean and tidy office environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in an office environment or related field.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with basic accounting and bookkeeping is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
