PT. DREAMWEAVER INOVASI TEKNOLOGI is seeking a talented Procurement & Tender Acquisition professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our procurement processes and securing contracts for our oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and tender acquisition, with a focus on the oil and gas industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain procurement strategies and plans to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.,Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors for our projects.,Prepare and submit tender documents, including requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for quotes (RFQs), and contracts.,Negotiate and finalize contracts with suppliers and vendors.,Monitor and manage the procurement process to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement and tender acquisition, preferably in the oil and gas industry.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, tendering procedures, and contract management.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Knowledge of relevant software and tools, such as SAP, Oracle, or other procurement systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
