As a Senior Accountant, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the monthly and annual financial close process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP and local regulations.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.,Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparing and filing tax returns.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and provide support for audits when required.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.,Provide training and mentorship to junior accountants and other staff as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and local regulations.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
