📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a wide variety of dishes to the highest standards of quality and presentation,Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and execute menus,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure consistent quality and service,Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage inventory and ensure efficient use of ingredients,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the overall success of the restaurant

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role,Proven track record of preparing high-quality dishes,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Excellent communication and teamwork skills,Familiarity with Indonesian cuisine is a plus,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays,Valid food handler's permit
