SEIV Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Internal Audit & Compliance Specialist to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's operations comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of our risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of risk management processes and identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement internal audit plans and procedures in accordance with industry standards and regulations.,Monitor and evaluate compliance with laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Prepare and present audit reports to management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.,Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs for employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the effective implementation of compliance measures.,Stay up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and advise management on their impact.,Provide guidance and support to junior staff members in the Internal Audit & Compliance team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in internal audit and compliance, preferably in a multinational or large organization.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the company's operations.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with audit software and tools is a plus.,Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,High level of integrity and confidentiality.
