📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the quantity surveying process for construction and timber projects,Prepare and maintain accurate cost estimates, schedules, and reports,Conduct cost control and analysis to ensure projects are completed within budget,Monitor and report on project progress and performance,Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards,Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors and project staff,Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project costs and schedules

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quantity surveying for construction and timber projects,Strong knowledge of cost control, cost estimating, and cost reporting,Proficiency in using quantity surveying software and tools,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Familiarity with Indonesian construction and timber industry practices and regulations
