📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring smooth and efficient running of the business.,Manage and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store.,Represent the company at local events and promotions to build brand awareness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.
