Mitracomm Ekasarana is looking for a dedicated Customer Care Mandarin Speaker to join our team in Semarang. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Mandarin-speaking clients. You will need to have strong communication skills, a good understanding of Mandarin, and the ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Answer incoming calls and emails from Mandarin-speaking clients in a professional and friendly manner.,Provide accurate and timely information to clients regarding our products and services.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues to the client's satisfaction.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and updates.,Assist in the development and implementation of customer service strategies and programs.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written).,Proven experience in customer service or a related field.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Bachelor's degree in a related field (preferred but not required).
