Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or a similar role,Proven track record of achieving sales targets,Strong leadership and communication skills,Familiarity with sales software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Understanding of the local market and industry trends,Fluency in Indonesian and English
