📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, maintain, and repair gensets, ensuring they meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure the optimal performance and longevity of gensets.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with gensets, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction.
• Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of gensets.
• Work closely with the technical team to develop and implement new maintenance protocols and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in field service engineering, particularly with gensets.
• Certification in genset maintenance and repair (e.g., Genset Institute, NAVCERT, or similar).
• Familiarity with electrical and mechanical systems, including generators, alternators, and control panels.
• Proficient in using diagnostic tools and software such as GensetPro, Genset Manager, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards, with a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
