📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, tax returns, and other regulatory filings.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to perform their roles effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure the financial goals of the company are met.
  • Provide financial guidance and advice to senior management.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax laws.
  • Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations and practices.
