📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet guests and visitors with a smile and provide them with a warm welcome.,Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages professionally.,Check-in and check-out guests, and assist them with their needs.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.,Assist with reservations and scheduling appointments.,Handle front desk transactions, including payments and refunds.,Monitor and ensure the security of the building and its occupants.,Provide information about the hotel, its services, and the local area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,A friendly and professional demeanor.
