📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and managing office supplies.,Maintain and update office records, including filing and organizing documents.,Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, calls, and mail.,Support the HR department with recruitment activities, such as screening resumes and scheduling interviews.,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management.,Ensure the office is clean and well-maintained, including managing waste disposal and maintaining equipment.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.,Assist in the organization of company events and ensure they run smoothly.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a general administration or office support role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Familiarity with basic accounting and financial management is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
