📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintain and update employee records and documents.,Coordinate employee benefits and compensation programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Assist in performance management and employee development.,Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR generalist or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Familiarity with HR information systems and software is beneficial.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
