PT Cempaka Pilar is seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Kuta, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian labor laws and company policies.,Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement and productivity.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation.,Coordinate with management to ensure HR initiatives align with business goals.,Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management in a similar role.,Proven experience in managing employee relations and resolving conflicts.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
