PT Kencana Nusantara is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the effectiveness of our health and safety management system. If you are passionate about health and safety and have the relevant experience, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits.,Provide training and education to employees on health and safety matters.,Investigate accidents and incidents to prevent their recurrence.,Monitor and report on health and safety performance.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and laws.,Work closely with management to identify and mitigate health and safety risks.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date health and safety records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian health and safety regulations and laws.,Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with health and safety management systems and software.,Valid first aid certification is a plus.
