CV Eka Pertiwi is a growing company in Probolinggo, Jawa Timur, and we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Department Head to lead our team. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and remotely.

As our Department Head, you will play a crucial role in managing and developing our team, ensuring that we meet our business objectives and maintain a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and lead a team of employees, ensuring that they are productive and motivated.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
  • Recruit, train, and develop new employees to ensure that the department has the necessary skills and knowledge to meet business objectives.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and equality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of department activities and performance.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that the company's overall goals are met.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
