📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement IAM solutions tailored to clients' specific needs.
• Configure and manage IAM systems, including Microsoft Active Directory, Okta, and Azure AD.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and breaches.
• Provide training and support to end-users on IAM best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate IAM solutions with other security systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in IAM and cybersecurity.
• Report on IAM performance and security metrics to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with a focus on Active Directory and cloud-based IAM solutions.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or Certified IAM Professional are a plus.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
