📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain the performance of IT systems and networks.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and problems.,Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and guidance to employees on the use of IT systems and tools.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux.,Experience with IT security and data protection measures.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
