Glow Crown Pratama is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling accounts, and providing support to the finance department. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone with limited experience in accounting to gain valuable experience in a growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update financial records and ledgers accurately.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements and reports.,Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and other financial accounts.,Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.,Process payroll and ensure accurate payment of salaries and wages.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents.,Support the finance team in ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.,Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive financial information.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or similar.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Basic understanding of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
