Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and clarify technical details,Ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and easy to understand,Review and edit technical documentation to ensure consistency and quality,Assist in the development of user manuals, quick start guides, and other technical documents,Provide technical support to customers and users through documentation and training materials

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,1-3 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical documentation tools and software,Good understanding of technical concepts and processes,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Excellent communication and teamwork skills
