Oversee and manage all aspects of daily operations to ensure smooth business processes.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and mentor a team of operational staff to achieve company goals.,Manage inventory and supply chain to ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries.,Develop and maintain operational budgets and financial reports.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of operational processes and best practices.,Proficient in using operational management software and tools.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is a plus.
