📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and market research.,Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and effective project execution.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Stay updated with industry trends and developments to drive sales growth.,Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams as needed.,Participate in company events and activities to promote TANCORP's brand and image.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, project management, or a related field.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong knowledge of the Architecture and Civil Engineering sectors.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using project management and sales software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
