📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure high-quality service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and local laws.,Monitor sales and profitability, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with local market trends and customer preferences.
