📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, handouts, and multimedia presentations.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure employees understand and apply new concepts and skills.,Assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback to improve training effectiveness.,Collaborate with other departments to align training programs with organizational goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.,Mentor and coach junior instructors to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality training.,Evaluate and improve training programs based on feedback and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Training and Development, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, with at least 2 years in a senior role.,Proven track record of developing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management software and tools.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
