The Singapore Children's Society is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Social Worker to lead our Student Services and Bully-Free Programme in Canggu, Bali. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the Student Services and Bully-Free Programme, ensuring that all activities and initiatives are aligned with the organization's mission and values.,Provide direct support and guidance to students, helping them to develop their social, emotional, and mental health skills.,Develop and implement innovative programmes and activities that promote the well-being and development of young people.,Collaborate with schools, parents, and other stakeholders to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.,Monitor and evaluate the impact of the programme, using data and feedback to inform future planning and development.,Represent the organization at external events and meetings, promoting the work of the Singapore Children's Society and building relationships with key partners and stakeholders.,Ensure that all staff and volunteers are properly trained and supported, and that the organization is compliant with all relevant regulations and policies.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to expand the reach and impact of the programme.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in youth work or social services.,Experience in leading and managing programmes for young people, with a particular focus on student services and anti-bullying initiatives.,Strong knowledge of child protection and safeguarding policies and procedures.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of people.,Experience in working in an international or multicultural setting is highly desirable.,Fluency in English is essential, and knowledge of Indonesian is desirable.,A valid work permit for Indonesia is required.,A clean criminal record and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
