Greet customers with a smile and provide excellent customer service.,Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.,Maintain cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy in financial transactions.,Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our products and services.,Handle customer complaints professionally and find appropriate solutions.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or retail environment.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using cash register systems.,Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.,Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform physical tasks as needed.
