You'll work closely with our property management team, marketing department, and sales team to ensure a seamless leasing experience for both our clients and tenants. With a strong focus on customer service and relationship management, you'll build and maintain long-term partnerships with our tenants, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and optimize leasing operations for our luxury property portfolio, including high-end villas, serviced apartments, and commercial spaces
• Manage tenant acquisition, onboarding, and lease administration processes, ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy rates, revenue, and profitability
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, providing exceptional customer service and support
• Coordinate with property management, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless leasing experience
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Conduct regular market research and tenant surveys to gather insights and inform leasing strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in leasing management

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in leasing management, preferably in the luxury property sector
• Proven track record of success in driving occupancy rates, revenue growth, and tenant satisfaction
• Strong knowledge of leasing contracts, lease agreements, and property management regulations
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in using leasing management software, such as Yardi, OnQ, or similar tools
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
