• Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, guidelines, and best practices in motor insurance claims.
• Provide regular reports and updates on claim statuses to the claims team and management.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members in claims processing.
• Participate in continuous professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in insurance and risk assessment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Risk Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in motor insurance claims evaluation and assessment.
• Certification in Insurance Claims Evaluation or Risk Assessment is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of insurance policies, regulations, and claims processing procedures.
• Proficiency in using insurance software and tools such as ClaimWorks, AutoClaim, or similar.
